I came to see a friend in a play, and got started on by the staff who were making a racket during the show, when I looked at them for doing so. Spoke to the Duty manager, who assured us that action would be taken 🤔 I will not be returning.

A mini Royal Albert Hall, the Hackney theatre has a capacity of Over 1000, with ample space and shows to suit everyone, If you are attending a show here, it is better not to drive. There are ample buses stopping right in front of the venue. The acoustics are very good and ticket prices are very moderate.

A very ornate, intimate, lovely venue. A jewel.

Great venue, small but good for an intimate show. Seats were comfortable with reasonable leg room. Would definitely visit again.

Hackney Empire re-opened so live performance with some stonking Wagner. It's wonderful.
