Last spring my son and I visited Hotel Cate Royal for a few nights and had a spectacular stay. From the moment we checked in to saying our goodbyes the staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. They were there for our every need and helped us get plan our days and book tickets. As well the concierge team booked us food reservations and museum visits. We could not recommend this hotel more! We enjoyed it so much that we are staying there again this summer and we can not wait to be back!

Believe all the amazing reviews! This hotel is superb! From arrival to departure; nothing but Royal service. Got upgraded (used Amex Platinum) and my Jr. suite was fantastic! Spacious bedroom with marble en suite shower and tub. Furniture was modern and on point. Chopard toiletries, upscale fixtures and ambiance. Beautiful dining rooms with the most personable and caring service. Delicious food too! Quiet even though it’s in the middle of Piccadilly and Regent St. The location is most convenient for shopping, theatre and sightseeing. The gym and spa/pool are well maintained and furnished. Peloton bike is in excellent condition and plenty of cardio and weight equipment. It had an unusually generous minibar spread (fees) and at check in they were serving strawberries with cream, champagne and cold drinks from the cutest cart (with their compliments). A very special way to welcome tired and weary travelers. Butlers, luggage handlers, front office, spa attendants, et.al. provided 5⭐️ service. Kudos to all for such excellent hospitality!

My family stayed at this hotel last month. This is absolutely the most amazing hotel in London. A great location, with unparalleled guest service. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and both in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff live up to the name and truly treat their guests like royalty. Look no further, this is the only hotel to stay at in London.

Thanks to Paul also for his kind help! Diyor and Swapna made the booking process seamless and expressed genuine care - thanks again Diyor. Ishan on check in went above and beyond to offer us a superb room and got us in our room efficiently and effectively - calm and cool! Rahul at the spa was a true gent - thank you to Akasha for their hospitality, great food too! Tommy at concierge is as cool and professional as you can get, sorted us a taxi in no time! And the breakfast was AMAZING - best have had at a hotel in London - Hadim made it fantastic! He was superb, attentive and kind. The bath salts, Chopard products, dyson hairdresser in the room as well as the surround sound speaker (connected via bluetooth) make the room a joy to stay in! PS - so convenient if you are seeing a theatre show, as we went to the Lyric theatre only a 3 min walk! Thanks again! 🙏🙌

Afternoon Tea. My wife and I visited the cafe Royal for an afternoon tea on our 32nd wedding anniversary. We had held our wedding reception at the Cafe Royal all those years ago and just wanted to revisit our past for a bit of nostalgia. If I am being honest we are ordinary working class people who have never been to an afternoon tea and even mentioned this in our booking notes and we were quite nervous about the grandness of it all. At arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Daria who was really lovely and helpful and even arranged for us to pop up to the area (with another colleague) where our wedding reception was held all those years ago. That was truly special. The room where the afternoon tea is held is simply stunning and breathtaking. At first we almost felt uncomfortable and under-dressed and this soon disappeared when Darius introduced us to our Attendant Roy. Roy was simply brilliant. Roy made us feel welcome and relaxed and made the whole experience surpass whatever expectations that we had. He helped us with tea choices and explained every cake and course with expertise and a smile. A truly happy person who was proud of where he worked and it reflected in everything that he said and presented to us. Overall a wonderful experience that exceeded expectations and made a special day truly wonderful. Thank you Roy, Daria and the Cafe Royal !
