Having stayed on and off for a couple of months must say the servive and staff all I came across were excellent. The breakfast staff were amazing. Flor, Aygyul and Fascal in particular (Hope I spelt these correctly.) Been vegan and gluten free they had already anticipated my order. Good location for East London work visits. Breen also on front desk was great with warm welcoming persona. Thanks

This is the cleanest/ best holiday inn i have ever stayed in. Im fussy when it comes to cleanliness but this hotel is spotless. We stayed in a family room and its really well laid out with plenty of room, the bathroom is stunning, huge shower with lots of functions and decorated to a really high standard. Good quality shampoos etc, we normally bring our own but I actually gave these ones a try and they are lovely! The facilities in the bar and restaurant are perfect, I cant comment on breakfast yet as I had to leave the review right away, I was too excited! but im looking forward to it. I only gave 4 starts on location as its a bit of a walk from the tube but thats only because I had young kids that in true kids style they moaned about it but its only a 10 mins walk. We were so tired so ordered room service which came very quickly and presented really well. Very impressed

I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were brand new, very clean and modern. I have stayed in several 4-star hotels in London before, but most were old buildings and not properly renovated – this hotel felt fresh and well maintained. I would like to mention the receptionists Arsha and Nusrat, who were both friendly and welcoming. A special and sincere thanks to Arsha. She was extremely caring, polite and professional, always happy to help and made my stay feel comfortable and personal. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness towards guests really stood out and reflect very well on the hotel.

Fantastic all around, meals were tasty, although the carbonara was a smidge bland. Service was friendly, efficient and understanding. My room was well kept, bed was a little hard but still very easy to sleep on - I probably could have asked for some service on that myself anyway. Shower was perfect. Only gripe I have is maybe the lack of gym equipment, but that's not really fair to criticize considering the space they're working with - you can't expect a full gym when considering the location. Overall would highly recommend, 5/5 :)
