Holiday Inn London Whitechapel/ Whitechapel Think Factory, Whitechapel Think Factory

I’m from the United States and visited London for study abroad program. This hotel was a lovely oasis after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the front desk such Arasha and the kitchen, restaurant staff were very friendly and kind. They were attentive to the needs of the costumers. I work in the health care system and I believe that the people you care for are first priority and to have teamwork is so important. The staff should be proud of this work ethic!

We were staying for 3 nights (couple)and it was one of the best experiences in our life . The room was clean, we had lot of towels, bathroom looked amazing and fresh . Breakfast was also perfect, typicall English breakfast. Lot of drinks, Starbucks coffee all the time avaliable . Special thanks to the staff of the hotel, specially Israh and her team I guess , she was so nice and polite to us same as everybody else . Also, I wanna say thanks to the reception since they helped us during midnight time when we were struggling with booking a room(we had another hotel, but it was a kinda ‘scam’). Overall huge thanks to everybody from this hotel and We will definitely be back ❤️👏🏼 Barbora a Veronika

This hotel was by far the best lodging experience we have had in the UK. The rooms are large, clean, and the shower was incredible. The only negative was the area of White Chapel, we just weren't used to being in a city with so much trash laying around. Cross into London and it was really much cleaner. I wish folks had more pride in keeping their community clean, especially for their children as there were several schools around. This is no fault of the hotel of course. Additionally we didn't love the food at the hotel and the coffee seemed to be problematic each morning (something with the Starbucks beans). Lastly, despite directional signs to guest laundry onsite no such amenity existed. But all in all my husband and I have remarked to each other multiple times that the room was just great. Thank you all so much!
