Hotel Cafe Royal, Pompadour Ballroom

We had a great experience both times we have stayed here. It’s a perfect location if you want to be in the heart of the shopping district. It’s close to many fine restaurants and the theatre district. There’s a tube stop close by. The staff were not only warm and friendly, but also some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people we’ve encountered during our stays in London. Our room was beautiful, a good size, and it was shockingly quiet for the location. We’ll be back!

I recently stayed at Hotel Café Royal on Regent Street during my trip to London, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning architecture and warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and fast. My room was great but Was slightly small But that is acceptable as the location is in central London! It was modern and comfortable, featuring stylish decor and thoughtful amenities that made my stay enjoyable. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view of Piccadilly Circus – waking up to that scene was truly a treat! One of my favorite features of the hotel was the underground pool, steam room, and sauna. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool was beautifully designed, and I loved taking a refreshing dip before relaxing in the soothing steam room. I want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff. They were always attentive and ensured the room was spotless, making my stay even more comfortable. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Overall, my time at Hotel Café Royal was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and a prime location in London.

I come to the Hotel Café Royal regularly and it’s always such a pleasure. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the décor is just perfect — modern with a touch of classic elegance. This time, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the amazing Clefs d’Or concierge, Giuseppe Saitta. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to get us a last-minute table at a fantastic restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed thanks to him. Truly impeccable service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back with great pleasure!
