I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with friends, From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most amazing service! The lovely Anhelina offered us welcome drinks for the occasion which was a nice touch, Luca showed us to our wonderful room which was decorated amazingly by Daria & Simona. Overall it was a fantastic experience and i’d happily recommend it to anyone!

The staff is what makes this hotel very special as they are truly a highly dedicated team all over their property. The location is perfect minute from the tube station. Host at the spa made sure to go above and beyond. Her service was absolutely phenomenal and she was the sweetest. I gladly appreciated everything she did for me while I was there. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful when it came time to assisting me. The fantastic Lobby Bar, the cocktail the waiter served us was amazing.
