Terrible experience while in quarantine. They never got anything right! It’s not our fault or their fault they we end up there for a forced quarantine, but at least get organized. Worst hotel experience ever… Got forgotten several times for my meals and they never got my dietary restrictions right in so many days… Behind poor!

My 10 days quarantine was just amazing. Staff was very good, room was comfortable, food was good too but I had to top it up with some desserts from takaways. Ha ha.....my experience was great. It was like another holiday for me.

I was terrified about going into a quarantine hotel, and then I arrived at the Crowne Plaza. What a warm welcome from the most helpful and friendly team. The room and bathroom is spotless. Toiletries are included, hot drinks and water as well. The food is tasty and the menu offers a vast number of different dishes. It's going to be a good 10 days!

Was worried about my quarantine but i am very glad to say that it is one of the best hotel in london!!! Very spacious and comfortable room, very polite and gentel staffs and always happy to help. Food was delicious and amazing and always in time and have many selection. They really cares about allergens. Want to say thank you to everyone to make my stay amazing and beautiful which makes me really happy! I will really recomend for everyone to stay in this hotel and make their quarantine/holiday best!
