I'm absolutely delighted with our stay at Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4! The Urban Restaurant truly impressed us with their mouth-watering dishes - the Tower Burger was cooked to perfection, the Beef Steak was tender and flavorful, and the Nasigore had just the right balance of spices. And let's not forget the decadent desserts that left us wanting more! But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Gurupreeth, our server. Her warm smile, attentive nature, and welcoming demeanor made us feel like family. She knew exactly when to refill our glasses, clear our plates, and recommend the perfect dishes. And a huge thank you to Arleta, the manager, for ensuring our stay was nothing short of fantastic. She took the time to personally check in with us, gather our feedback, and make sure everything met our expectations. Her team is clearly well-managed and motivated, as they were all polite, efficient, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing excellent service. We're already planning our next trip and Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4 is top of our list. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional hotel experience, look no further! Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten stars if we could

This is the second time we've stayed at the Crowne Plaza, at Terminal 4, Heathrow, UK. The rooms are clean, the staff very welcoming, and willing to assist to ensure your stay is amazing. The location is excellent to the departures from Heathrow Airport, and easy access to the train services around London. However, what made our stay more enjoyable was the staff. Not only the staff upon entering the plaza, but the staff in the dining area. At breakfast each morning we were greeted with a welcoming smile by Abhishek. He was very professional, polite, ensured you needed nothing; he made it a point to make each guest feel welcome and personable! Job well done Mr. Abhishek!!

We stayed here prior to travelling from T2. The connection from T4 to T2 is generally very easy ( there was a tube strike on the day we travelled, but the Elizabeth line was still running). The hotel is literally a 7 minute walk, via a covered walkway, from T4 and is well signposted. The check in process was really simple, with no long queues ( in fact no queue at all). Thanks to Alyosia and Altaf for a friendly and quick check in and assistance. The room was clean, tidy and very quiet. We have stayed in other airport hotels where there is a constant noise and people milling around. There is a main restaurant and a bar area which offers food as well. Both are relatively expensive, but it's the same for most hotels these days . The only slight moan is that food on the room service menu is not available in the bar area. All in all, I would recommend a stay at this hotel

Great hotel: very clean, modern, fast checking and checkout. I booked this hotel after being stuck in Heathrow during the airports cyberattack and I expected a rundown hotel to be honest. But I was pleasantly surprised. It’s also so close to T4 check in area: I will book this hotel again when I will have an early flight to catch

The Perfect T4 Hub, But Plan Your Meals For anyone flying through Heathrow's Terminal 4, the Crowne Plaza is a game-changer. It delivers a nearly perfect airport hotel experience with outstanding convenience, modern comfort, and blissful quiet. It's an absolute stress-buster for a layover or an early flight, let down only by one significant factor: the dining situation. A Location You Can't Beat The convenience here is a perfect 10/10. An elevated, covered walkway connects you directly to the Terminal 4 departures and arrivals hall. It’s a pleasant and easy 10-minute walk that completely removes the hassle of shuttles or taxis. Need to get to the other terminals? The free Tube service, running every 15 minutes from T4, will have you at Terminals 2 & 3 in no time, making connections a breeze. Starting my travel day from here felt relaxed and effortless. A Quiet, Modern Sanctuary Stepping into the room, the first thing you notice is the silence. Despite being next to one of the world's busiest runways, the soundproofing is exceptional—I didn't hear a single plane. The room itself felt modern and spotlessly clean, with enough space to feel comfortable. The bed was a standard European-style—very firm with a crisp duvet—and the bathroom was a highlight, feeling spacious with a separate bathtub and a great walk-in shower. Instead of tiny bottles, toiletries are in eco-friendly pumps on the wall, and the water pressure was excellent. For getting work done or just charging up, the room is well-equipped with a proper desk, fast and free Wi-Fi, and plenty of power outlets and USB-A ports right by the bed. The in-room kettle and Nescafé pod machine were a welcome touch. The Big "But": Dining Options Here’s the catch, and the reason for my 4-star rating. I didn't eat at the hotel because a glance at the menu revealed limited choices at eye-wateringly high prices. This isn't just a hotel issue; the options around the T4 complex are sparse. Your only choices are the few pricey restaurants in the three connected hotels or the food court back in the airport terminal itself. Plan ahead and either grab a meal in the airport before you walk over or be prepared to splurge. Final Thoughts Pros: Unbeatable direct, covered walkway to Terminal 4. Exceptionally quiet and soundproofed rooms. Modern, clean, and well-equipped with great Wi-Fi. Efficient and professional staff. Cons: Extremely expensive and limited on-site dining options. No complimentary bottled water in the room. Verdict: This hotel is an absolute must for business travelers or anyone with an early flight out of T4. The sheer convenience and comfort remove all the usual stress of airport travel. While it's not a practical base for touring London, for its specific purpose, it's practically flawless. I highly recommend it—just be sure to figure out your dinner plans in advance!
