The staff - especially the chaps on night shift - were really very helpful. Day staff also really professional - we had a bunch of stuff to store and get picked up at various times for an event we were running - all handled perfectly. Restaurant is excellent, rooms comfortable. Central - the London Carriage Works does a great steak sandwich

Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Bed was huge and very comfortable, large bath, air con was quiet and powerful, and the breakfast was great. Loses one star due to a few issues: no room service menu or info pack in the room, room was smaller that I thought it would be, some towels and refreshments not restocked by the maid, spa closed, ordered a taxi for the station which never arrived and staff were too preoccupied by a wedding to help. Overall, however, I would recommend this hotel, especially when the spa has reopened.

Very classy hotel. Great decor, friendly staff spacious room. Good value apart from breakfast which was good but over-priced. Would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast - options nearby.

Second time in one of the rooftop jacuzzi suites. Excellent staff. Room was gorgeous. Food was amazing. Can't fault them at all. Thanks.
