One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, thankfully the stay was under my friends name, the front desk staff and concierge are neither nice nor helpful, the place is cramped and can barely fit a person they change the room type without asking you we asked for a two bed room but they made it a queen sized bed without even letting us know, they don’t have anything complimentary at all, the only place to get water is the bar and it closes very early, they aren’t polite they don’t give late check outs they barley even pay attention to the front desk phone!!! I’ve enjoyed London but for the first time ever I didn’t even want to come back to this hotel. I’m glad that my trip is now over and I don’t have to come back to this hotel.

Wow. Slightly hideous. Barely adequate. Dripping with a budget re-decoration of 10 years ago that is already fraying noticeably. Perfectly amiable staff. The air conditioning does not work. Or they are too cheap to turn it on. Either way this is NOT a 4-star hotel. The room service menu would make Little Chef Proud. The room is relatively clean, small, cramped and with a 1970s carpet from Margate. No wine menu. In London. Thank god there are decent restaurants nearby to escape to. Never again!
