Well maintained and efficient office spaces. Cleanliness could be better.

A missed chance. Disclaimer: we are moving out because the internet connection quality is not sufficiently reliable for us to continue operate from our office. The other complaints are manageable. The building is well organized and the rest of the floors are tidy and functionals. Unfortunately Regus seems to be out of place in this setting: the high tech look, function and feel stops at the welcome desk. The floor is arranged as a horseshoe, with small and big offices that are furnished with some cheap standard desks. You mostly can't bring your own furniture for some reason. Power extensions are limited and LAN cables mostly unheard of. The common area has nothing other than half a dozen chairs. The meeting room is just a small office with a round desk. You can't directly print, you need to email the documents to the desk for them to print them. There is always something broken or stained, be the coffee machine, the dishwasher flooding the common area, the bathrooms without toilet paper, the showers haven't been washed in months, lights not working etc etc. There is a game of bingo among the residents. The staff is just two, and they are chained to their seats because for any problem contractors have to be called, which they may or may not show up (they mostly don't). What you ask them, they can't solve it and it is a shame, because at least one of the is very amicable and helpful as much as he can. For such a new and expensive space (add 15% to the rate that the sales department gives you, because they have plenty of hidden costs), it is surprising how quickly things fall apart, and never get fixed. Just to make an example: a large glass panel exploded a few days ago in an office right next to the common area. It took two weeks to get a replacement, Regus instead placed some plastic sheet to provide a separation between the corridor and the office. Classy. And it is such a shame because the location is fantastic, it would be great if Regus wasn't running the floor.

Great modern building. High security. Takes a while to get in and the lifts are an experience! You cant go in any lift. No parking despite being advertised on website
