Booked a room via their website, was quoted £78.72. When I arrived my booking wasn’t showing on the system, so booked into another room. Was then charged £125 + £25 deposit. I did speak to someone when I checked out and was told I would be given a refund by Friday. Which is great no problem. I get that sometimes things go wrong. But since speaking to them (two days later) and another £125 has come out of my account. So in total have been charged £250 (received the deposit back) for a room that was meant to be £78.72. Have sent an email, had no reply. Tried calling, just keeps ringing no answer after pressing 2 to get through to reception. With all this being said I’d like to say that the staff were really friendly and the room was lovely, and great location. So it’s a shame really as was planning on staying here regularly.

Poor customer service, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was smelling bad. I cannot recommend anyone there. For the price, they charged it not worthy

Clean, and good enough for 1 night. Very close to the station making Heathrow the next day easy. Shower was a warm dribble, and AC didn't go low enough. Next time I'll take a 5m walk for a better shower.

Fantastic room lots of space and everything you need. Lovely huge bath with shower over the top. Very comfy bed. Only down side is was very noisy when we opened the window to the room.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, although, being London, a little on the small side. Very convenient next to Paddington Station and close to restaurants. Good value! Very friendly staff.
