First time visit and very impressed, it is very quite being just after new year which is great for my dog's first holiday (was worried she might get worried by too many strange noises). Staff helpful and friendly, room was much bigger than I was expecting and really lovely. Breakfast was good quality and filling. Location is really something with a sea facing room. Will be back.

The room we had was reasonable, clean but a bit dated. The bathroom was fresh and modern, but when you put the shower on hot, the water pressure dropped. Great location, with parking

I recently booked a Mother's day lunch for four. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We were offered a complimentary bucks fizz on arrival and shown to the lounge which overlooked the sea. The food was good, and although one of the party had an allergy this was addressed and dealt with as soon as we were seated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its lovely staff. My mum, at 93 was also given a beautiful bouquet of flowers for being the oldest mum in the restaurant. She was so delighted. It made her day and I thought it was a lovely touch by the hotel.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel Jan 2024. We booked an executive room with a sea view, featuring a comfortable four-poster bed. The cleanliness was commendable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. While the hotel has great potential, the dining room and breakfast area could benefit from modernization—tables appeared worn. We dined at the hotel twice; the food was good but somewhat basic. Although no complaints, improvements in this area could enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.
