Room was lovely and clean which was very nice. However food service was very poor. I ordered food on the app and waited over 45 minutes before they told me they had ran out. I then re-ordered a different option which then took over 1 hour to arrive. Ordered x2 drinks from the app which they had completely forgot about. Overall - Very clean and tidy but very poor service

What a fantastic hotel, the level of customer service from Leanne who went above and beyond to help myself and partner when we had no where to stay because the hotel we originally booked into was a health hazard and we had to leave. She managed to book us into a nearby hotel for one night and then we stayed with them on the second night, The service was amazing, the food was outstanding and the rooms were immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Only for Leanne we would of been sleeping on the street. We flew over from Ireland and our phones wouldn’t work. She really helped us out massively. Thank you so much 😊

The stay was actually okay but I accidentally left 2 jackets in the wardrobe ( my fault I know ) however you would think, upon cleaning the room anything found would be kept and whoever was in the room contacted? We rang the hotel in the afternoon of the day we checked out, someone said they would get back to us, heard nothing, rang again the following day, someone looked into it and said nothing had been found so clearly one of the cleaning staff has either binned them or taken them? Wouldn’t stay here again purely for this reason. I understand it’s my fault for leaving them in the first place but a bit of honesty from the staff and them being handed in would be nice, so thanks to a couple of days away I’m now 2 jackets down. Not happy at all

Friendly service, spacious rooms, clean, everything you need and more. Fantastic breakfast. Overall great value. Ah forgot the huge pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Even a kids pool.

It's the most affordable pet friendly hotel in the area (the Ibis is awful). The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom light is poor, I couldn't do my makeup there. The staff is lovely and helped me switch to a double after I accidentally booked a twin.
