Absolutely loved this hotel. Situated in a beautiful spot. Lovely old building with lots of separate annexes. Garden beautiful and so well kept. Little row of shops which sold eclectic items. This is also a beautiful wedding venue with shops as well selling bridal goods. Food was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.GOOGLE REVIEW

Don’t bother with this hotel. The room was dated, location in the middle of a housing estate and some staff were appalling, particularly reception staff. The spa was packed so we weren’t even able to use the pool with any sense of tranquility (the pool backs onto the car park so not sure how relaxing this would’ve been anyway). The only positive was the restaurant - food was nice enough and staff were attentive. However, the negatives far outweighed this. Any dealing I had with reception was unsatisfactory. On arrival, the member of reception staff was surly. After checking out, I realised I’d left an item of clothing in the room. I called straight away and was told house keeping hadn’t been into the room so to call back in two hours. This routine went on for the rest of the day, me calling back, being told house keeping hadn’t checked the room and to call back later. By evening time, I had called 6 times and was fed up. The last receptionist I spoke to hung up on me twice. Eventually, my husband was able to talk to a manager who magically got hold of house keeping and informed us that the item of clothing wasn’t there. Convenient! The fact I had to call back so many times was testament to the fact that there is zero customer service at The Last Drop. Avoid this hotel - a local hostel would treat their guests with more respect and courtesy.GOOGLE REVIEW

Lovely cottage style room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and friendly professional staff, a perfect chance to relax in the pool and spa. These are all the positives. The negatives are, the thermal spa zones are in need of attention with only 3 of the 5 in working order. The beautiful countryside views that once existed and enhanced the infinity pool experience have become a massive building site with constant noise invading what should have been a tranquil and calming experience. Such a shame, otherwise Perfect, thank you.GOOGLE REVIEW

We stayed overnight on 27th August this year... Very comfortable bed, lovely pillows, only let down by yellow marks on the neck of the white robe supplied. I didn't complain because I never wear them. The evening meal was delicious, served by extremely busy waiting staff. The dining room was very busy( toddlers running around, but, what can you do?) I especially want to give a mention to our lovely waitress, Isabel. She was so busy, but was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Last Drop village, look after her, she's a gem.We would recommend this hotel and spa. Also ,we went in the pool which was very nice along with the spa area. Thanks.GOOGLE REVIEW
