January 2024Such a beautiful resort! Had an extremely rare child-free weekend break and stayed here and it was bliss. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated- even the basic room which is what we booked. Only thing to comment was there was no hair dryer in our room but I'm sure we could have got one from reception and there were plenty at the pool changing rooms which was the only place I needed one anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We ordered room service the food was fast, hot and delicious. We booked with breakfast which was very reasonable for what we paid and it was a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The pool was quiet and warm, we could get extra towels when booking in to use the pool. Great selection of drinks and whiskies on offer. Nothing negative at all to say it was a wonderful stay and we truly enjoyed the experience returning home refreshed and happy. It's worth noting that there were loads of things for children to do we hadn't appreciated how much of a family- friendly resort it would be and will consider this for a family holiday in future too.

January 2024Beautiful experience, large rooms with comfy beds,luxury is not just a word in here. Great service with young staff and professionals for all your needs. The food is amazing with unique designs and very good prices in comparison with the place around 30£person for a dinner Free parking and a lot of space available. Swimming pool,gym and all the facilities on site. Beautiful, beautiful experience!!!!

March 2024We had a lovely overnight stay here. We were unsure of the Brasserie based on reviews but it was a lovely meal maybe a bit expensive for what it is but a lovely dinner. The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! We used the pool in the evening which was good and had a steam room and sauna. Overall a lovely stay only gave 4 stars as it was quite expensive.

February 2024Very helpful staff on reception, we were able to check in half an hour earlier than expected. The room a King Deluxe was exceptionally clean and spacious. No water was in the room, but a call to reception and this was delivered to the room within 10 minutes. We had a meal in The Pentland restaurant in the evening which was very tasty! Good choices on the menu and helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, great variety of fruit juices, continental and hot food! The waiter was excellent keeping us topped up with fresh coffee. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

February 2024The Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club is located on the western side of Edinburgh. It is situated in beautiful countryside grounds that include two golf courses. The hotel building itself is very impressive and there is a vast car park that has bigger than average parking bays. The hotel interior is tastefully decorated with some nice touches. We had a Deluxe King Room that was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was adequate and the golf course view was nice. It was extremely busy when we had breakfast but everything was fully stocked. The food and drink quality was excellent as was the service. We had a few minor issues at the hotel but in general we really enjoyed our stay and found it very good value for money.
