Really. really had a fun time at Shrek's Adventure London. First you take a journey on a simulation bus that made you feel like you were really taking a magical journey that diverted into the underground train system. It then burst through a wall flying into the sky flying over the London Eye and beyond. You really did feel like you were flying and the simulation effects were extraordinary. We did not want this part to finish. After this, you entered all different fascinating scenes from the Shrek Movie. Be warned, there was plenty of funny audience participation. Cinderella was excellent and she shut us in Shrek's toilet. The actors were all terrific and made the experience fun. Have to say it again : We loved Cinderella. We all thoroughly enjoyed Shrek's Adventure and will recommend it to friends.

Management, characters, stage setting, and customary values are definitely 5 star; however, they still need to improve in following grounds. The travel started in a room where the LED was installed, it would be better if that LED is installed in the bus that got turned on after the chants. Moreover the seats were stagnant, which did not give the feel of reality. I am pointing it out because moving seats are now available to give the reality thrill.

Bought shrek ears. Management forgot to order more. So my daughter didn't get the ears she so wanted. Now I have to do the leg work to get my money back. Very poorly managed! They also have no 3D glasses for the 3d bus drive. So all you have is a blurry video. Very disappointing! Also they will force you to buy a £4 bag to carry you £30 photos and gifts you bought for your children. Because they want to get as much money out of you! I feel bad for people who do not have money with this pandemic. But these people don't care. They want to squeeze us for every penny... I won't be going back. So will this reply you gave me now reimburse me the £8 you people stole from me? Because your manager didn't want to refund me my money!!!

Good experience for both adults and children. Lots of interactive opportunities for the kids. The staff in character did so well with how hot its was and the outfits they had to wear. They kept up with their enthusiasm and made our group feel like the first visitors of the day so that was great. The only thing that let the visit down was the fact we had two families in our group with babies. It is not appropriate for small babies there are sound effects flashing lights and water and air sprayed on you. Which obviously led the babies to just scream constantly. Good for kids maybe 4+. Don't take babies and ruin everyone else's visit. We would have liked to have seen a bit more of the how to train your dragon characters and exhibits. Still certainly worth a visit. Allow approx 2/2.5 hours for the actual tour. We queued for about half an hour to actually get inside so 3 hours in total.

Great environment. A little hot in there. The staff are very outgoing and fun. It's very much an interactive attraction where u listen to the actors and follow their instructions. U can't film or take pics while with the actors. It's filled with fun and laughs all the way. At the end they have a photo opportunity area with different models like Madagascar and how to train your dragon.
