Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

Exclusive use of our flagship restored hall (up to 800 standing / 500 theatre), marble foyer and back-of-house. Standard lighting/sound, basic stage platform, duty manager and basic tech, plus stock tables/chairs included.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Catering and bar via approved partners experienced in large banquets, receptions and gala service. External teams by exception only; corkage by agreement.

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

Yes, riggable points, gobo/logo projection, drape, florals and full stage builds possible. Historic-fabric rules apply; we’ll help scope safe, impactful installs.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

Fully accessible with ramps/lifts (including balcony access) and nearby accessible WCs. Close to Clapham Junction; strong bus/taxi links. No on-site parking; bay suspensions/drop-offs possible with notice.

Q: What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

Dry-hire fee for the hall with clear add-ons (catering, extended AV, extra hours), from £10,800 per day.

Enter through our exclusive Town Hall Entrance and be greeted by the stunning Octagonal Hall. This Grade II listed space features the original domed stained-glass ceiling and mosaic from our days as the former Battersea Town Hall, providing an elegant setting for your welcome drinks and reception.

Head to our Grand Hall for the main event, where you’ll be able to admire the charm of a RIBA award-winning restoration. This breathtaking space, beautifully restored after a devastating fire in 2015, offers a dramatic backdrop for any occasion.

A truly well-organized milonga, thoughtfully planned in every detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the organizers’ passion and care were clearly felt throughout the evening. The music was engaging and well selected, the dance floor was always lively, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. I had a great time, danced a lot, and felt completely comfortable the whole night. A genuinely positive experience that I would happily repeat and recommend.

Wonderful experience! The family concert "Peter and the Wolf" was fantastic. Interactive and enjoyable for children and adults. The venue was atmospheric and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Being a fan of the Portrait artist programme on Sky and knowing it was filmed here - we needed to visit the venue as we were in the area. Like Wilton's Music Hall it has that look deliberately looking unrefurbished which adds to its charm. We liked the display of posters from years gone by and the small are with statues and exotic ceiling. There is a bar on ground floor which we closed for a private party. There are toilets on-site which were clean and accessible. We did not visit the Main hall but liked the plaque commemorating the 100th anniversary unveiled by John Major in 1993 who was from this neck of the woods. We will return.
