March 2024Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel very tidy and rooms very comfortable. Recommended a visit for sure. Great restaurants close by.

January 2024This might be a surprise for the Hotel to get a 3 Star rating.The reason is twofold. We were allocated this hotel due to a flight cancellation. The problem was, that the staff could not handle so many people ( all with baggage,) in such a short space of time. The meal was adequate, but not 4 star,! The room was fine, the drawback was the noisy heating, ventilation system, smack bang next to our adjoining wall! However we were accommodated and the experience was not too tragic . Food for thought management......!!

January 2024Absolutely awful. Heating didn't work, Tv didn't work. When I complained I was told maintenance where in there way. But I feel they never fix complaints as nobody stays more than a day. Breakfast was terrible. We got out there as BA cancelled out flight. Just stay in the airport lounge. You would be more comfortable. And get a better night's sleep

Very over priced for what it is, but saying that we were sent there from British airways after a mess with our flights, Really think British airways could do better, No food till 7pm and no public bar, i score this hotel a 2 out of 10
