The Team were super friendly. If you happen to stay in the "Sea House" section, a couple things to be aware of. Light pours in from under the door as well as from the bottom of the window curtains. There is also a towel heater switch mounted on the wall with an indicator Light that wouldn't go out all night and it was facing a mirror which doubled the light. Fortunately I'd brought so Eye cover pads but without them it would've been a brutal time trying to sleep. The 708 side is not facing the sea and has a lot of light at night coming from the neighboring building/Train Station so I would suggest requesting the Sea Side room. And. The one Treadmill here was sadly, broken... I DID however discover a public footpath that runs alongside the Golf Course so I managed to get in a great, proper 4 mile walk. I stayed 1 night for a family wedding.Chris and Ellen Room was OK no air con. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the food. We had Salmon, it was cooked perfectly and delicious. Breakfast was perfect as well. I would definitely stay here again

Great hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were really spacious and really comfortable. Views out over the sea were amazing which was great for the wedding I attended. The leisure facilities were also great and really nice to relax in. Train station also directly next door so easy to get to the hotel, alternatively there is a large car park. Would also highly recommend the food here.

We used the Cooden Beach Hotel for a small function involving refreshments in a private room. The service, staff and food were excellent. The hired room had a sea view. A lovely experience.

We dined in the restaurant for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We treated ourselves to the ‘Surf and Turf’ which was excellently executed. The steak cooked to perfection and the lobster tail, succulent, plenty of it and beautifully seasoned. The sauce was great too. The service was very attentive and prompt. Well done - we will be back! The dining room decor is a bit ‘dull’’ but has lovely views of the sea.
