Visited during the Christmas period. A great place to visit with the kids. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loads of history to learn, not only for the kids but also adults. Neat and clean environment; all the floors well kept. Almost every 5 minutes one could see a couple of cleaners going around cleaning the floors. Toilets are clean in spite of so many visitors. They are well looked after! Nice cafe, though not enough seats. Kids would always enjoy eating here and mingling with other kids! Good location. Quite close to the underground. And with so many shops around, even after your visit window shopping continues.....😁

Good fun for lots of different ages. The wife enjoyed doing the stamp thing even though it was for the kids. Santa was there when we visited so I guess they put things on throughout the year. Lots of history about the greatest city in the world. And plenty of hands on things for the children to do such as trying to drive a tube train or fix one or play in a cafe.

Given the rich history of London's transport infrastructure this museum is a bit underwhelming from an informational perspective. There are a number of trams, buses and tube carriages which are open for the public to enjoy up close - great for children particularly - but it feels as though a much greater story could be told. The limited space available within the relatively small grounds of the museum is probably the reason.

Got to love this place. Kids love to drive the Cross rail train and see all the old buses and trams. Remember you ticket last for more than one trip. We know pop in if we are in London so kids can just can do the bits they enjoy and we can have a coffee. Great gift shop which you can visit without having to purchase a ticket. Great attraction. Also visited the depots which you have to book online.

Free for kids, not so cheap for parents BUT your ticket is valid for 1 year, sooooo if ever you find yourself and the kids in the area again you can always just walk in... genius! The museum it self is interesting enough, almost more for the adults who can remember the old tickets and old transports, but kids enjoyed too. Big kudos to the volunteers, really nice and helpful, they added to the whole experience.
