February 2024It's is certainly the staff here that make the experience all the better...they are so happy friendly & helpful....they were excellent...the hotel is fabulous & the older part full of character & charm....went with my daughter & stayed overnight...the room was so clean & comfortable.... certainly a super place to visit...but can't emphasize enough the superb staff here.

December 2023Had a lovely experience at Rockliffe Hall; the whole experience truly made my wife’s birthday a magical one that we will not be forgetting anytime soon! The food was beautiful. The treatment was relaxing and the spa well equipped. The staff on numerous occasions wished my wife a happy birthday and she really appreciated it, they also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were very polite - a wonderful service as we can’t wait to be back!

January 2024Had a wonderful spa day, booked through a black Friday deal and everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, the spa was quiet and the massage was lovely. Will definitely be back.

February 2024Lovely rooms, have been a couple of times before and the last visit was a bit of a disappointment due to some spa facilities being out of order and some food items which we previously enjoyed being off the menu. It was still nice, just not to the usual high standard we were expecting. Also the ‘gift’ we received as part of the package was a Christmas candle, at the end of January… just felt it was a bit lacking.
