It looks quite ordinary from outside but really nice inside. A real Scottish warm atmosphere with freshly decorated rooms. No fridge but no problems. Good location for the Highlands. Good staff also. 4 to 5 star hotel.

We had a wonderful short break as a family. From the beginning the staff were lovely on the phone when I initially enquired. Our family room was perfect and the kids loved the bunk beds. Throughout the staff were great, really engaging with the children and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our food was delicious and the pool was perfect for a rainy couple of days in Inverness. It was just a quick ten minute walk to the centre as well. It was nice to see a hotel buzzing mid week in Feb. You’re doing a great job. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

My friend and I had afternoon tea which was lovely. Next time though, I must ask for no salmon sandwiches. The lady did ask did we have allergies but it is more a matter of taste. The cakes were sublime.

Fantastic, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are always working with a smile, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was top class, the bar food and snacks were brilliant. The pool, steam and sauna was a fantastic experience. The gym, the equipment was old but was enough to get your workout done. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Inverness, Scotland.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. The luxury room is very spacious and the bed is so comfy! However, we were placed in a joining room as a couple with a family with a baby which woke us up each morning. The breakfast was not worth the £17.50 per person as the mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and bacon were not good. Lots of kids running around and hard to get a seat in the bar area. The pool is quite small and not deep for an adult.
