Welcoming and helpful staff. Very accessible for persons with disabilities with access bedrooms on ground floor. Hotel signage needs to be made more prominent, being drowned out by racecourse signage. Disabled car bays need signage to them.

Fabulous hotel, reasonable b&b cost, and a fab location. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean. Very nice, will stay again. No air conditioning though, which was a shame.

Smart modern looking hotel in a good location in Chester with reasonably priced rooms. The staff were lovely and the breakfast is decent though not outstanding. The one major downside is that the twin rooms are tiny and at least in Summer becoming stiflingly unbearably hot - which in my case prevented sleep. The windows provide no relief as they open just a couple of inches. The staff were apologetic and said air con is on the way. But right now - phew!

Very neat and tidy. Staff were really helpful. Though it is complementary Breakfast but it was really good. Rooms could have been air conditioned so that summer time it will be more comfortable..The small fan provided was not so adequate to cover the room temperature.

Brilliant location. Two minute walk to the city walls. Rooms were very well presented, clean & comfortable. The breakfast service was a little chaotic.. Must have spoke to staff about 2 or 3 times each morning to let them know items had run out. However they did rectify all of these issues immediately which is to their credit. Highly recommended.
