February 2024This hotel is very well run and is remarkable for its friendly and helpful staff in all roles. We would like to single out Angela on reception who went to great lengths to help us when we each thought we had booked our stay but neither of us had. She managed to solve all our problems with a smile.

March 2024Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Friendly staff greeted us as we arrived. Room was perfectly sized for a short stay and had all of the amenities that you would need. The hotel had complimentary hot drinks (this included take away hot chocolate, mochas and cappuccinos which is a really nice touch), not to mention the brilliant breakfasts which run from 6:30-9:45am that set us up for the day. Parking was free when staying at the hotel and within walking distance of the center of Chester, it was easy to find and is manned by security. Staff were really helpful and have between them made a brilliant place to stay for a couple of days while you explore Chester. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area and looking for somewhere to stay!

January 2024Very Impressed with this hotel. The room was lovely and cosy and had everything l needed. It was located quite close to all amenities and we had free parking. Breakfast was very nice in the morning. It was self- service.
