October 2022This could be a nice property but if they are hosting a wedding when you visit then you'll never find out. On arrival we found out that there were no dining facilities, no lift to reach the room nor anyone to assist with bags. Like many venues they were struggling for staff so getting served at the bar was a challenge. The worst aspect had to be the complete lack of sleep possible with wedding guests making noise until 5am. Following morning breakfast was set-up for mass catering with watery coffee served from a catering style vacuum flask. Cross-contaminated serving utensils even after advising staff of a mushroom allergy. I sure with no wedding ongoing we may have enjoyed a completely different experience. I'd recommend checking at the time you book what else if planned in this hotel especially if you actually want any sleep.
