Could be really good central Dunstable Hotel stayed last night was disappointed that there were still families in residence. Room was dated. OK for a single night but not for business. Had a bad experience with a noisy neighbour. But hotel were quick to resolve and compensate wish them the best for the future as when I was younger it was a place we enjoyed staying in.

Awful. Staff were amazing but everything else was shocking. A beautiful building but... it smells horrendous, the dining room is full of fridges with guests 'shopping', signage and lighting is poor, there are children running around outside after midnight - there are so many issues including poor building maintenance, inadequate cleaning standards, no bar or food it's a real shame it has masses of potential, there is little else in the area for work stays

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. I can see how it used to be but have been housing people there for quite sometime leaving it tired and unusable. The Odour when you walk into the accommodation was over powering and incredibly noisy. I was on the top floor that was extremely hot and made it smell worse. The only good thing about it was the man behind the desk who couldn’t be more accommodating. This hotel needs to choose who it caters for. Customers or full time residents, the government will be paying them a good wage so don’t be greedy and charge citizens money to stay there when it’s unsafe.
