January 2024Fantastic! My partner and I had the best experience here! Lovely welcome drinks, easy check in and room was so so lovely. Had no problems with the lifts despite reviews saying opposite. Pool was big and clean which was great. Breakfast yummy! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone :)

February 2024Been there with a spa and afternoon tea package deal. Spa was really good but the afternoon tea was something else... It was extremely delicious and fresh. Every bite was from heaven. Probably the best I ever had. The staff was so kind and helpful. Will definitely go there again.

February 2024My partner and I stayed here for our last week in London in December last year. After unfortunately being sick for most of our Europe holiday, this place ended it on a high. The room was beautiful and comfortable, my only issue was the multiple shower heads. The staff were lovely, especially the bar staff who chatted with us while we had a few drinks. I will definitely be trying to book here again when we go back to London.

February 2024Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped with teas/coffees. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is lots of lights/lamps so you can have it bright or dim. The shower is really nice, you can put 2/3 on at a time so it’s lovely. The actual hotel is lovely with free fruit and cucumber water on various floors as well as a sweet stall. My one complaint is the TV in our room, it would come on itself every 15 minutes so during the night we kept waking up as it was bright and whilst watching TV it would turn onto the Home Screen every 10 mins or so, it is extremely annoying. The steam room could also be ‘steamier’ but everything else I have no complaints

February 2024Left disappointed by the simple things that should just be done properly. Lovely room in a nice looking hotel. A very good buffet breakfast. The spa is large with a decent sauna and pool. However, the lifts were permanently broken causing long delays to move anywhere in the hotel, and the operating hours of the spa changed without notice and no apology. This could have been great, but there are much better options for the price.
