Stunning pub dining room. Friendly staff. Brilliant sea food, oyster and salmon starters excellent. Lovely fish pie, ox cheek pie a bit bland. Good covid precautions in place.

One of the best Heritage pubs in the UK. Just a beautiful place. Lots of history. A real Royal pub. Beer4 quality 👌excellent. Highly Highly recommended.❤😇

Good Afternoon I gave 2 stars and probably that was unfair of me. My Steak wasn't to my liking and asked if the can give it a few more minutes to make it medium rare They gave me a whole new meal cooked to perfection and didn't charge me also the order for the coffees were wrong but the rectified that and also took that off the bill. So in hindsight I was harsh and I now give them 4 stars . The staff were excellent and extremely professional and I would recommend this cafe.

I love this place, only ever been in for drinks, but I definitely will come for food at some point, the reviews look great Lovely! Lovely place to sit with wine. Staff are great too. (Previous share was one star, which was a complete mistake on my part, well my useless phone!🤪)

Great city centre pub. Good choices for beer and wine. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Didn't eat here as we had booked a meal elsewhere so only popped in for a drink. Staff were welcoming and very professional.
