A signed contract and deposit (if applicable) of the agreed amount is required to confirm all bookings, All deposits are nonrefundable or transferable unless previously agreed and included in contract terms The numbers confirmed on your event details are the number chargeable. Numbers can be reduced by up to 10% of the original contracted numbers without cancellation charge; provided you let us know at least 14 days in advance Cancelling your booking: Your contracted numbers form the minimum number chargeable for your event. If you need to cancel all of part of your event then please let us know as soon as possible. December 2023Sudbury House looked after us for our business Christmas party this year. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a good time, the food was superb and we would not hesitate to come back. Excellent service from an excellent team, many thanks.

February 2024Well looked after at Sudbury House Hotel for our overnight. Warmly welcomed by reception and when checked in we were told our room was ready early. Our large twin was comfortable and clean with a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. We had booked for dinner in the on site restaurant and our three course meal was delicious! The pork main was the standout dish. We treated ourselves to breakfast in bed which was a hearty start to the day and we were able to enjoy the room a little bit more as we had a 1pm check out. Looking forward to visiting Sudbury House Hotel again in the future and hoping they will have a Spa room then to accommodate massages and other treatments which is the only thing missing from our lovely stay here. My friends and I highly recommend staying.
