Set in the heart of Fitzrovia, 3 Gower Street offers a welcoming, ground floor reception where you'll be greeted by the Buildings Manager who will offer you and your guests a hot or cold beverage.
You will then make your way to your chosen meeting space.

Tea and coffee is complimentary as well as WIFI.
Each meeting space has a tv and connectivity for your laptop / portable device. If you have any special requirements, please let us know.
Catering is also available. A choice of breakfast, lunch and fresh fruit juices will be available on the day at an additional cost and a menu will be emailed to you prior to your booking. If you would like to arrange for food, please email back with your order and we will get this arranged.

Our Boardroom & Meeting Room Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that a meeting room booking will need to be cancelled via email to: [email protected] Meeting rooms cancelled within 5 days of the meeting booking will be charged as follows: • 5-3 days cancellation before meeting will be charged at 25% of the booking • 3-2 days cancellation before meeting will be charged at 50% of the booking • 1 day cancellation before meeting will be charged at 100% of the booking
