Booked a meal for twenty two family members, Sunday Lunch. We were fortunate to be given tables in the private room which was absolutely super. The service and attitude of all the staff was second to none. Thank you all for making this family reunion so special.

Rooms are not up to scratch. I stayed in a modernised room and even that one had water marks and peeling paint on walls, very basic. But I liked their breakfast room - see picture attached. And breakfast itself was quite pleasant. So overall it's an Ok stay.

We booked a room for a wedding for 3 people, turned up in the evening to 2 single beds and cushions on the floor with a blanket on top for the 3rd bed, I have emailed the hotel almost 10 times in relation to this complaint and not one person has got back to me. Absolutely terrible customer service. The breakfast in the morning was a self service however the food kept constantly running out and took ages for them to replenish the food, so people ended up queuing in the seating area, it was a shambles. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
