Bailbrook House Hotel, Sydney

I stayed at Bailbrook House along with 80 or so fellow weddings guests at a family wedding. The Bailbrook team are excellent. They couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. We all felt that they were genuinely interested in the wedding, and in our extended family. I'm an extensive traveller for business and pleasure and that level of care is not usual. We cannot thank the team more. The beds were comfy and there was a good range of breakfast items. We enjoyed a pre-wedding party barbeque one evening which was delicious and catered to various dietary needs. The hotel is located in beautiful grounds, fifteen minutes from the city centre.

Myself and colleague were wedding photographers yesterday, Debby a staff member went above and beyond to help us through a very busy day. We both didn’t get the chance to thank her when we finished our evening and would like to express how grateful we were And hope this message can be shown to her, we’d also like to thank all the other staff members really polite and really helpful in such a beautiful venue Ian Gray Promotional filming and photography

Warm welcome, very helpful, great breakfast. Like others have said, it could do with a little TLC, but the staff more than make up for the decor. Clean and great value for Bath. We left a wallet behind, the housekeeps had handed it to the manager before we even knew it was lost. Thanks so much, we really appreciated you all.
