Great location. Staff were very friendly and fast. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. My only complaint is the doors close a bit loudly so I woke up when someone else closed their door. But overall would recommend

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Belfast! The location is unbeatable, right on the River Lagan with stunning views that added a special touch to my trip. The staff were exceptionally courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Service was prompt and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, perfectly complementing the prime city-center spot. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Belfast!

The location of the hotel is excellent — very close to the town centre and easily accessible to all nearby attractions. The famous George Market is just a 5-minute walk away, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept, and nicely maintained. The staff were also quite cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. However, the one thing that disappointed me was the view from my room. I had specifically booked a river-view room, but instead, I was given a room overlooking the roof of the nearby museum. When I raised this with the reception, I was told there were no river-view rooms available at the time. This was a bit of a letdown. Other than that, it was a pleasant and happy stay overall.

We stayed two nights in Belfast and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. Special thanks to Marie at the front desk, she was outstanding, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. There was a small misunderstanding with Tony, but it was sorted out without issue. Breakfast was nice, but a bit inconsistent, a couple of tables were missing cups or cutlery, which could be improved. Otherwise, service and atmosphere were pleasant.
