Fabulous city centre location. Great for the buses for trips which are just a few mins walk away. So many local bars and eateries a fantastic location. The hotel itself is great. Rooms very clean with daily bottled water tea and coffee.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. They have a great bar and restaurants in the lobby. The food was surprisingly delicious and the staff was amazing. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom having no shower door and it was very small. Also the TV only has a few working channels. We had a hard time trying to understand why the bed is on wheels and it will move on you.

Check in and out was super efficient. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was busy but this didn’t show in the service. Room was lovely and clean, additional pillows were also provided. Shower was lovely and powerful. Shampoo and body wash provided if you didn’t have your own. Lovely large fluffy towels as well. Nice tray of many different teas, coffee and biscuits. Ice machines in corridor. No noises of anyone coming and going and hotel was very busy. Breakfast had a large variety of hot and cold food choices. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Perfect central location for getting around.

Didn't stay at the hotel. Just had dinner at the Grain and Grill restaurant. Rachel the restaurant manager saved our night out, letting us have a walk in, no reservation table after another restaurant had let us down. The food was delicious with lovely desserts on offer too. Highly recommended.

I stayed at 12th floor and the room was noisy. The bathroom has no air ventilation and main window beside bed has some air ventilation to take bathroom humidity out. There is incredible amount of noise coming through even if you are at 12th floor. The room and bed was small for a double bed. I don't eat meat and the breakfast buffed had a mixture of serving spoon. There was not any spoon which was not used for bacon. Also receiving invoice via email took 24 hours. I will definitely not recommend it.
