Hotel was lovely. Breakfast delicious. Only, no fridge in room. Opposite Titanic Museum and William the concierge was a Font of Knowledge . Issues Bus tickets, and any other thing you need. Only 30min walk to city Centre if you like to walk. Close to cinema and amusements for kids. Weddings occur on weekends so is noisy till 2am Otherwise, lovely hotel with Excellent Breakfast, Restaurant for Dinner or Bar for light nibbles and a drink. 🍻

The best bar in town! Love the themed menu. It is very luxurious in decor and feels super fancy. Providing a before and after photo. To know you’re in the same room where they worked on the designs of the ship is just amazing! Check out the scrolls on the top shelf! Bartenders told me you’re able to actually see them in detail if you’d like. Very cool touch!

Visited the hotel following a visit to the Titanic Exhibition. Wow, what a beautiful and grand hotel this is! After entering the reception area head left into the old drawing room where the Titanic was first imagined and the architects designed this Goliath of a ship. This building is full of history. You are able to go in free of charge and see some of the rooms of the rich and famous, where decisions were made; deals were struck and designs agreed upon. A fascinating trip back in time. Have a drink or a snack. We had tea and coffee along with scones and cream and it was delightful and very reasonable also. We were looked after by Sean a member of the hotel team who was extremely helpful and full of information on the hotel, even bringing to us copies of the original ships plans to view.

Awesome location if you're interested in the Titanic museum as it faces the hotel entrance. About 30 minutes walk from the city center. We had some issues during our stay. There's a unit in the room that makes a loud, drilling construction-like noise that would last ~10 seconds at a time. The noise isn't consistent so it was hard for someone to investigate but it happened on and off at night. We were told it was normal for it to be loud. They did provide us with some compensation, so that was much appreciated! The AC unit is also very loud as well. Otherwise the room was quite nice. Just prior to check out, we got a call from reception asking when he left. We were informed that they were providing us with a late check out but it turns out that was not documented anywhere. Additionally, we were told there was a charge from the bar. We did not eat at the bar at all so someone used our room number. They did remove this charge but I don't understand why there isn't a process to confirm the name of the registered guests for the room, especially since the hotel will have this info! Otherwise, the building has a lot of history. We really enjoyed the heritage tour that was offered to us by Will from the concierge. He really knows his info and used the respectful language when describing how the events of the Titanic unfolded during the night of the tragedy. Thanks, Will!

Appalling Experience – Booking Refused at Check-In I booked the Titanic Hotel through Revolut using my Rev Points for a special trip to see a concert with my wife. Revolut confirmed the booking and I arrived expecting the experience promised. Instead, when we got there, the hotel told us there was no booking under my name. Despite showing proof of my confirmed reservation, the staff completely washed their hands of the situation and offered zero help. We were left stranded and stressed, scrambling to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. To make matters worse, after we had arranged another hotel ourselves, we later learned that the Titanic Hotel had actually contacted the same hotel we’d booked — the Premier Inn — to ask if there was a reservation under my name, apparently assuming it was our mistake. They never told us they’d done this, and we only found out afterwards. This lack of transparency and basic courtesy is shocking. Thankfully, the Premier Inn were the total opposite of Titanic Hotel: they were extremely helpful, professional, and showed us what real customer care is all about. What should have been a memorable, special trip was ruined by Titanic Hotel’s indifference and mishandling. Based on this experience, I would strongly warn others: do not rely on Titanic Hotel to honor your booking or to support you when something goes wrong.
