All Bar One Brindleyplace is a cocktail bar and restaurant at The Waters Edge in Brindleyplace, Birmingham, sitting canalside with direct views across to Birmingham Symphony Hall and the International Convention Centre, making it one of the most scenically positioned bars in the city.

The venue has been recently refurbished and has a warm, colourful character throughout. Teal banquette seating, wooden floors, mural walls, and large windows make the most of the waterfront location, and a terrace outside adds to the appeal on warmer days. It is a well-established spot for bottomless brunch, cocktails, and pre- and post-show dining for guests visiting the Symphony Hall or Utilita Arena.

Two hire options are available: the Mezzanine for groups up to 120, and a full venue hire from 500 upwards. In-house catering covers the full food and drinks menu including cocktails, sharing plates, and brunch packages. Five Ways station is 0.5 miles away and Birmingham New Street is 0.6 miles. Q-Park Brindleyplace is 0.1 miles.

Both floors, the main bar, and the canalside terrace with views of Symphony Hall and the ICC are all part of the hire. A PA system is included and you can play your own music throughout. The full food and drinks menu runs throughout, including bottomless brunch packages and the cocktail masterclass option. Promoted and ticketed events are permitted. Full venue hire is available from 17:00 and is not available on Saturdays.
