A fantastic, iconic British football ground with a good amount of facilities. I attending the Back to the Beginning event here and the whole experience was incredible.Access into the ground was fairly efficient and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are several routes to get to and from the ground and I was back at my hotel less than an hour after the concert finished.

Huge Atmosphere here, Under the lights on a European night. A real stadium with true fans who are chanting and singing all game long, win or lose. Love it. This is English Football heritage! UTV

Attended for Guns n Roses gig. The staff were polite and efficient, and made sure people were sent through quickly, facilities were managed well despite the number of people. Drinks and food were served quickly. Prices for food and drink are not too bad considering the venue.

Had a ticket with hospitality (12:30 kick off) and the breakfast choice was fine for a veggie - eggs, mushroom, vegan sausage, fresh fruit, yoghurt. Coffee bloody awful and one of the bar staff didn't know what soda water was. Stadium great

Visited for the Guns and Roses show. Villa park as a venue cannot be the only viable venue in Birmingham. They don’t have the ability to get visitors in quickly and efficiently. You’ll see huge crowds of people struggling to enter. We waited a long time to just get through the gates. Then there’s the seating allocation. It just confusing. The sound was awful at the concert too you couldn’t actually hear many of the songs. I’m disappointed and I won’t be visiting again.
