The band on 18th October '25 really were excellent!! The beer being £2.75 a pint until 10pm was great as well. Didn't love the £6 entry to get in later on in the night though.

Didn't eat hete but got a free beer for playing a game on my phone, the drinks were cheap, the environment was fun, had a great time.

Barbara Beer Haus in Bristol had such a lively and welcoming vibe. The mix of modern touches with a relaxed beer-hall feel made it a great spot to unwind. I enjoyed the variety of drinks on tap, and the atmosphere felt friendly and unpretentious – the kind of place you can settle into easily with friends.

I went here two weekends in a row and can honestly say it's a brilliant place to unwind. Although I'm yet to try the food, it does look very good and the drinks are reasonably priced and served by the amiable and hard-working staff members. Shots are also regularly brought round the pub, and I had the pleasure of being served many shots by the lovely Sophia last weekend, and other friendly members of staff this one. Although I live two hours away, the atmosphere and general welcoming environment experienced here is enough to make me wish to return. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone who hasn't been. 🙂

Disappointed by Security Conduct I visited the club by around 1:00 to 1:30 on Saturday and had a troubling experience. While standing with a friend, two girls came over and started dancing near us. Shortly after, a security guard approached us aggressively and shouted at us to move away, implying we were doing something wrong—even though we were simply standing there. We complied and moved, but then noticed the same security guard and another man (possibly also staff) standing close to the girls and filming. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that security has a job to do, but this behavior seemed biased and intrusive. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that all patrons are treated fairly and respectfully. A good night out should feel safe and welcoming for everyone.
