Browns Sutton Park is a Grade II listed brasserie and bar set within the historic expanse of Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield, one of the largest urban parks in Europe, and one of the most distinctively situated restaurant venues in the West Midlands.
The building has a warm, characterful feel shaped by its parkland setting. Exposed beams, floral wallpaper, soft pendant lighting, and sweeping views out across the park give it a relaxed elegance that is quite different from a conventional city centre venue. A dedicated private bar serves the main function room, and a terrace to the rear of the building gives the venue an outdoor dimension that works particularly well for summer events and wedding receptions.

Three spaces are available for private hire: the Park House Function Room for larger events and weddings, a more intimate Private Dining Room, and The Park Terrace for outdoor occasions. The food menu covers classic British brasserie dishes alongside seasonal specials, with a full gluten-free menu accredited by Coeliac UK, afternoon tea, and bottomless brunch all available. Free on-site parking for 100 cars is available, which makes it a very practical choice for larger gatherings where guests are travelling from across the region.
Sutton Coldfield town centre is a short drive, and the park itself is accessible on foot from several nearby residential areas. Wylde Green and Sutton Coldfield train stations are the closest rail options.

The Park Terrace is a semi-private outdoor hire space at Browns Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield, with standing capacity for up to 100 guests.
Set towards the rear of the building, the terrace is surrounded by the parkland of Sutton Park and has the kind of relaxed, natural feel that is hard to replicate in a city centre venue. Woven chairs, linen-dressed tables, large garden umbrellas, and views across the green space make it a lovely setting for summer birthday parties, engagement celebrations, wedding receptions, outdoor corporate events, and drinks receptions. Pre-booked food and drinks packages are available throughout. Please note there is no PA system on the terrace, no smoking is permitted, and no confetti.
