Stayed at this hotel for a night on business. The staff a lovely everyone who I spoke to was very helpful. The rooms are ok a little disappointed for a four-star. Now for the not so good bits. There was a piece of gum stuck to my table in a ball looks like it could be removed but wasn't. No air conditioning in the room was a bit of a surprise for a 4 star. The worst part was the room service, I ordered a burger to be told 10 minutes later they had ran out. The lady who I was speaking to was very kind and helpful and actually called me back a few times with alternative options. They seemed keen that I was to get a meal understandably. However I was not told I would have to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered to my room and then told it was because they were busy. I understand this and if I was told about the wate I wouldn't have minded so much as I could make a choice. Just feel strange how they rang me back to try and get my custom when they clearly didn't need it as they were so busy. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel but given my experience I think there are better options at a very similar price.

I was disappointed with my stay. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I expected parking to be free, but I was charged for it, which wasn’t clear to me when booking. On top of that, I tried calling the hotel several times before arriving and couldn’t get through to anyone, which was very frustrating. I even tried to book for my car online but they kept saying car park is full I was stuck in my car for one hour as I couldn’t leave it in case I get a ticket. At the end I had to risk it leave the car so I can speak to the receptionist to sort my parking out. It was a bad experience not going there again. The hotel itself was fine, but better communication and clearer information about parking charges would have made a big difference. I hope the management improves both their customer service and the clarity of their parking information.
