Level 25 - with its iconic skyline views of the city - has three modern meeting rooms, seating any number of delegates, from 2 for private 1-2-1 meetings or interviews, up to 70 theatre style in our Champagne room - and anything in between!

May 2025Stayed here last night, it was lovely. Rooms where big, an amazing view of the city, comfy beds. Although the room was BOILING! My boyfriend was so hot he had to keep soaking himself with water and sitting infront of the fan just to be able to go to sleep. That was our only main issue the remote for the tv wasn’t the best but we made it work. No problems with staff they seemed nice. We spent most of our evening on the roof top bar, it was gorgeous, nice drinks also. Would definitely recommend but hot room does need to be sorted.

April 2025Upon arrival we were told there was no hot water on our floor and conveniently the engineer had just arrived to take a look at it. They said no contact details were left when booking to inform us which is a lie as they had our email address. We were reassured the hot water would be back the following morning however it was off for the full 2 days of our stay. It was actually a blessing in this case that the aircon was broke as after a freezing cold shoulder you were welcomed by a really hot room! The communication regarding the hot water was none existent. The room card did not work for the full duration of the stay. The room was clean apart from a stray black hair on the bed. The TV was awful. The channels were not showing correctly and the remote was broken. The hotel security staff were also very judgemental. Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again which is a shame as the location is ideal.

June 2025God! Where do I start! Really hard to find no parking so that was an extra £15 no obvious car park The staff are ace they couldn’t do enough but the actual hotel was awful! It was so hot on the room u literally couldn’t breathe, they have u a fan that blew round hot air A/C didn’t work no windows for ventilation 1 small bottle of water to share between 2 of us. In the restaurant they had hardly anything left to cook from the menu we wanted and the cafe forgot half our sides when it eventually came out so dinner was eaten by the time the rest of the side came out. There was musics so loud blasting from the bar area that in the restaurant u could hear it mixing with the chill restaurant vibe it was just utter chaos. We checked out of the hotel at 11pm still waiting on a full refund to find out 10 Other people had also checked out that night as well as it was just unbearable

June 2025As all the others. Wish I’d checked before staying. A/c doesn’t work and because it is on 23rd floor and up, it is all glass, fully sealed so just heats up with no ventilation at all. Poor levels of maintenance and cleanliness. Hotel staff uninterested as presumably spend most of every shift dealing with the same issue. Looks like the AC hasn’t worked since 2023!

July 2025I did not end up staying here but the 3.9 average review score at present does not reflect the reviews since 2023 when the air conditioning at this hotel seems to have stopped working. I was booked on a (very cheap - half the published price) corporate rate here, but then saw the reviews on the day I was meant to be checking in. At the desk when I asked about air conditioning, I was told they don't have it and immediately offered a full cancellation. The website does quite clearly state air conditioning is included in rooms so there is clear mis-selling by the hotel.
