April 2025Do not attend to this college. When I was getting bullied they were blaming me for everything instead of sorting it out which shouldn't happen. The tutors are wanting to be involved in my personal, private life . They don't need to know every single thing of my life. They only know what they need to know.

March 2025Unprofessional Tutor I attended a level 3 counselling course at Walsall college. The female Tutor was very unprofessional, there were multiple data protection breaches by her. She regularly discussed students and college staff in a negative manor whilst teaching, especially the admin team who she described as incompetent. She coached students what to say if she had spot checks by staff, talked negatively about students that had raised complaints about her, she also incouraged conflict between students. Data Protection should be taken seriously and staff and students should not be openly discussed with her class.
