I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is luxurious and modern, with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it convenient for both dining and exploring. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially a lady named Kinal from Guest Relations. From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She helped me with directions to my daughter’s university, suggested great restaurants, and even arranged taxis — her support truly made my trip easier and more enjoyable. The bar staff were also very welcoming and created such a pleasant atmosphere every evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m definitely coming back to this hotel on my next visit!

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible service from Mehdi and Youssef. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Both were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Mehdi was attentive and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect, while Youssef showed great kindness and efficiency whenever I needed assistance. Their hospitality made a huge difference and turned an ordinary stay into a memorable experience. Thank you, Mehdi and Youssef, for your outstanding service — you are a real credit to the hotel! Fabulous hotel! The interior is beautifully designed and very welcoming. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. During our visit, the fire alarm went off, but the team handled it brilliantly – they reassured everyone, guided us calmly, and made sure we were safe. A lovely lady named Kinal kindly explained what had happened and even shared some great recommendations for places to visit nearby. This hotel truly goes above and beyond for its guests. I would 100% recommend it and would definitely stay again

Beautiful structure, beautiful interior. But you gotta grapple with the lift system first. Reception is on the 4th floor and parking is at next building with no indoor connection to building. With that out of the way, the interior is stunning, clean and well lit. The bar decor and ambience is top notch and the choice at breakfast is comprehensive. English, Mediterranean, you name it. No complain in the room too, the expected usuals are all present, including iron and board, and other essentials. The staff are responsive and ever polite. Although, passing information about requests needs a bit of catching up for the hotel... some staff are not aware of changes made to booking and kept knocking, only to be told over and over again. Sky View on level 16 gives a great view of Birmingham.
