About Venue

The NEC/Airport centre is set within Birmingham Business Park, the most established out-of-town office park in the Midlands. The building is designed in a modern oriental pagoda style with verandahs set around an enclosed garden area. It overlooks a purpose-built lake, which is just one element of the park's attractive landscaping combining water features, wooden bridges and green spaces. About 100 companies are based here including a number of international brand leaders in electronics, technology and telecommunications, and the park is still growing. It is conveniently located with both Birmingham International Airport and the world-famous National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on the doorstep, which has staged over 2,000 major exhibitions and attracted over 70 million visitors since it was opened in 1976 by HM The Queen. It is also the venue for regular business events throughout the year.

Very warm, welcome and friendly area to be in. The neighbours are nice and the staff are extremely helpful. There is a great nature area to hang out in the spring/summer 😁

Had a medical emergency while in this office today, the staff on reception were brilliant, helped find a spare office and called an ambulance to assist. We're super helpful with everything we needed throughout this issue. Couldn’t ask for better from the staff me and the rest of my team are extremely grateful.

The premises offer a bright, clean and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. The facilities are well maintained and thoughtfully laid out, making it a comfortable and efficient place to work. Steven and Aswarthy are exceptionally helpful and always go above and beyond to support us, they are always organising great events to ensure we have a fun experiences while contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.

We have been renting an office at Regus NEC for the past 6 months, and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. The staff — Aswathy, and Steven — are truly amazing. They are incredibly helpful, always smiling, and make us feel welcome every single day. Nothing is impossible for them, and their support really makes a difference. The office space is professional, clean, and well maintained, but what really makes Regus NEC special is the people. It genuinely feels like a home away from home, thanks to such a wonderful team.
