The Signing Tree provides a great selection of light and accessible high quality conference and meeting spaces, situated in close proximity to Birmingham city centre.
The Signing Tree is an iconic centre, renowned as the perfect venue for training days, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and meetings. Our onsite culture cafe provides the perfect space to take a break and catch up with colleagues whilst enjoying some delicious home-cooked cuisine.
The Simister Hall is the largest meeting space at the Signing Tree accommodating up to 180 delegates theatre style. The impressively bright and contemporary space can also be divided into three spaces, providing a main plenary and two ideal break-out spaces.

The venue is good space, large meeting rooms and communal space at the front. Have had only positive experiences with the staff. Parking on site is always very difficult due to demand though. There is no local on street parking as either double yellows or business/resident parking permit needed
