About Venue
St Barnabas Church Centre, north of Birmingham city centre, is a welcoming, high quality conference and meeting venue in the heart of busy High Street. It provides a truly unique experience in an atmospheric heritage venue. We have a large, natural light filled conference/meeting room and a smaller, flexible meeting space for hire at very competitive prices. The Centre is easy to find being based in north Birmingham and we are well-connected to major road, rail and bus transport links.

Our impressive church space is now available for commercial hire, offering the perfect setting for conferences, presentations, awards ceremonies and more. Located on the ground floor, with a capacity of up to 250 people, our unique venue combines historic charm with modern facilities.
For added flexibility, the space can also be used alongside our Anchor and Lighthouse rooms, ideal for breakout sessions or smaller gatherings.
The Main Church Space is available to hire Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Proceeds from our room bookings are reinvested into St Barnabas Church Centre, supporting our Community Hub initiatives and activities that benefit the people of Erdington and beyond.

Cancellation policy
Once room bookings are confirmed, room cancellations will be charged on the following basis: More than 30 working days notice: No Charge Between 16 and 30 working days notice: 50% Room Hire Between 8 – 15 working days notice: 100% Room Hire Less than 7 working days notice: 100% of Room Hire and 100% Catering plus VAT (Working days Mon – Fri) A working day constitutes notification being submitted before 9.00am. All cancellations should be made in writing and will be effective at the time and on the date received by St Barnabas. Where possible every effort will be made to re-sell cancelled space to minimise any cancellation charges to the Hirer. Any bookings that wish to postpone will be subject to cancellation charges as set out above.

I was i nvited some weeks ago. I got there on a stormy day and was greeted at the door. I recognised nearly everybody in the room. I had a meal, soup, chickken, rice, got involved with crafters, helped someone with housing problem.
