Lovely hotel with great views of the ocean and only a 10min walk to the pier. 20min walk to town centre. The outdoor pool was excellent and well maintained. The 2 rooms we received were very large and clean. Beds were comfortable, one had a walk in shower but the other had a bath/shower (would have preferred both to have a walk in ). Being part of a coach trip which meant we where all seated for meals together the food service was smooth and well organised. While all the staff were amazing special mention goes out to Pat the restaurant manager who went out of her way to make sure our son with autism was very well looked after. Food choice and taste was excellent. Staying for 4 nights we opted out of the room clean which meant we had £5 credit for drinks at the bar each night which was a bonus!. Great friendly staff with a stunning location. Rooms were very warm as there is no air con in rooms but it was august and a fan was provided and worked well. Great hotel and we will be going back soon !

We had a very pleasant 4 day stay in a double room with balcony and sea view which had all the facilities that we wanted. The food both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Our dog Lindy was made very welcome by all the staff especially the waitresses Nicki and Rebeka. Look forward to a return visit in the future.

All staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and the food was excellent. Bar prices were reasonable and the bar was well appointed. You looked after our bridge group very well and I appreciated the lovely room you gave us. Your location in Bournemouth is wonderful. Well done to all.

Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was that we were situated over the ballroom and there was an event going on until 11pm and it was very loud in our room. We did check at Reception what time the event would end and they were very helpful. Once the music stopped, the hotel was very quiet and we had an uninterrupted night’s sleep. We visited on a really hot weekend and the pool was fabulous! We also ate at the hotel and lunch time and the food was lovely. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and all seemed happy to be there which was lovely to see. Great location, only a short walk to beach and town. Will definitely be returning for another visit.

Me and my partner booked with Marsham for about 3 nights, when we first arrived there the parking was terrible. It was overcrowded and it was very hard to enter because a lot of drivers wanted to leave so we had to wait which was annoying and the experience was not pleasant. When we entered it was pretty decent the flowers look good and the male receptionist with dark hair was really nice and welcoming, the view was also really beautiful from the balcony and it was easy to get to the town centre which is great. Got into our rooms and it was lovely only thing I could say was some things were pretty outdated. The fridge had scratch marks and there is a lot of dust. The corridor also smelt of old people which is fine... but it we would get a whiff of it sometimes. Housekeeping is pretty terrible, we haven't had our room assisted once and when we did ask housekeeping they just said that they will come back tomorrow. And we wouldn't hear from them again. Breakfast is actually not bad I just wish they had more pastry options like pancakes and waffles and not just croissants😂 otherwise the whole experience was nice and I'm glad they put air cons in our rooms too that was very helpful especially in this weather. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good views and a lovely location. I would also recommend if you're used to booking modern styled hotels and you want a little twist.
