Ocean Theatre welcomes hires—from schools and conferences to festivals, shoots, and live performances—supported by technical, front-of-house, and ticketing teams. It features 180–198 raked seats, a 10m x 10m sprung stage with wing space, cinema projection, lighting and sound, and air conditioning. Backstage includes two dressing rooms for 10 each, a Green Room for 20, with capacity to expand dressing space to 120.
