May 2025We popped down to Brighton for a long weekend and booked a suite (highly recommended ) with views of the sea. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional when we checked in. The suite was great . Very clean and tidy. After going out for an evening meal we all returned to the hotel and sat in the seating area in atrium looking out and being brought drinks by the lovely Christina (a Spanish law student and a lovely person) In the morning we had the breakfast and met a lovely guy in the restaurant who is another real star. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely return. A huge thank you to the staff for the kindness and professionalism

May 2025I had a wonderful birthday stay here! Fantastic location, The Lanes are just on your doorstep. Parking is one of the most reasonable in Brighton. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Jerome, in guest experience, arranged for a special gift for my birthday and also gave us a courtesy welcome to the hotel phone call. Will absolutely stay here again!

June 2025Really lovely hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the surprise upgrade to a Seaview room. The check-in staff were amazing and dealt with my enquiries straight away. Thank you to Ella, who checked me in, who was amazing. The location is great with a short walk to the pier. Great buffet selection for breakfast. Will be back again

June 2025Such a fantastic stay. Everyone I came into treated me like family, and as an older disabled visitor to Brighton this was so heartwarming, I'd like to thank Ellie on reception for welcoming me, Charlie for taking care of my bags, Jamie the house keeping man for being so kind in offering assistance in places to eat nearby with my walking frame and places I should visit, Joe at the bar and then breakfast - look after yourself especially your arm ! The manager for visiting me in my room to run through fire procedures etc....phew !! The hotel is stunning and shining, room was so comfy and clean, as a person who lives with insomnia I didn't expect to sleep... but I did... first time in years ! Sorry if I've missed anyone out x

April 2025Just checked out from this hotel. Pros: The hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and commercial areas. Clean rooms and facility. I like the spa facility because they have gym, pool, steam room, and sauna. It’s very relaxing. Our breakfast is the highlight of our stay. Lots of food choices with a view of the beach and Brighton pier. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I like the online checkout, definitely a time saver. Cons: I am disappointed because I booked a superior room with sea view but they gave me a partial sea view instead. Didn’t bother to ask because I was very exhausted after a long trip. Our bathroom has a rusty shower head and bath drainage. Didn’t managed to go to the sauna because it’s jampacked. Overall, good experience.
