The UK's only artist-led cabaret, built and run by performers and technicians working at the top of UK production, from the country's best cabaret rooms to the Brit Awards and international specialist events.

A landmark 1892 Grade II listed building crowned by a 7.5m copper Indo-Saracenic dome in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton. Licensed seven days a week until 2am. 120 seated, 220 standing.

The only venue in Brighton with a full aerial rig, high-spec winch and specialist performer flying system, installed by technicians whose credits include The Greatest Showman. Our cocktail team came from The Box in London and brought Babel Brighton to life, with a speciality cocktail list you won't find anywhere else in the city.

How hire works:

- Show Hire: a private performance of our in-house production, or a custom-built show. Any night. From £8,800.
- Venue Hire: the full room with bar service and our own staff, for corporate evenings, Christmas parties, launches, milestone birthdays and hen parties. Sunday to Thursday. From £1,000.
- Film and Photography: location hire, Sunday to Thursday. From £375.
- Group Bookings: gallery balcony (25 to 30) or full downstairs (up to 80) within public Friday and Saturday shows.

Tech and facilities: Martin Audio sound, Allen & Heath digital mixer, ChamSys lighting with moving beams and LED bars, performer flying system with in-house IRATA rigger, custom stage with retractable spinning pole, projector and screen, dedicated cocktail bar, hosted bar tabs from £35 per guest, external catering permitted, kitchen reopening winter 2026.

Exclusive hire of Madam Lola's with our full production cabaret show performed privately for your event. This is the premium experience: the entire venue, our professional cast, technician and aerial rigger, complete front of house and bar team, and a £35 per guest hosted bar tab, all included in one flat price.

Choose your show: The Madam Lola's Show (aerial, fire, burlesque, comedy and specialty acts under the dome), Bohemian Dream (our high end classical production with live classical crossover and opulent staging, ideal for formal dinners and galas), classic cabaret and vaudeville, or a custom show built entirely around your brief with our Show Director. Corporate friendly programmes available. We work with leading performers internationally and would put this room up against any show in London.

Layouts: 120 seated in velvet booths, gallery balconies and intimate tables ringing the stage with full table service, or standing party format for up to 180 with live performances. Licensed until 2am, so the show can roll into a late night party, DJs bookable from £200.

Pricing (per event, including the show, team and £35 per guest bar tab, ex VAT): Sunday to Thursday from £8,800 (80 guests) or £10,700 (120 guests). Friday from £10,800 / £13,700. Saturday from £12,300 / £15,700. Additional guests £35 each up to 180 standing. Minimum 60 guests midweek, 100 at weekends. Christmas season priced on application.

Drinks tab upgrades: Celebration Tab £50pp, or Custom. Beer, Wine & Prosecco or Full Menu packages. External catering permitted with a £250 cleaning fee, kitchen reopening winter 2026.
